SUP 9.3 Create a survey, stage 2 of 4, Channel
Headed Channel, "Pilih how the survey will be sent to customers." Two choices, and this is the decision that shapes the rest of the wizard.
| Channel | The application's own description | Consequence |
|---|---|---|
| Voice | "Voice survey while the caller is still on the line (DTMF keypad)." | The survey is asked on the call and answered on the keypad. Stage 3 becomes an audio and keypad builder. No link is produced. |
| Text Form | "Survey delivered as a link through email, SMS, chat, or other digital channels." | The survey becomes a URL you distribute yourself. It appears in the Link column of the list. |
Pilih a channel, then Next.
Voice catches people while they still care, Text Form reaches further. A voice survey is answered in the moment, by someone who has just spoken to your team, which is why response rates on it tend to hold up. A text form can carry more questions and richer answers, but it competes with everything else in the recipient's inbox. If you are measuring a single interaction, prefer Voice; if you are measuring a relationship, prefer Text Form.
