INS 2.3 Two known display issues on this page

Two panels on the dashboard display values inconsistently in this release. Both are display faults. Read them as described here rather than acting on what is shown.

QUALITY SCORE: the letter grade can contradict the numeric score

The measure presents a score out of 100 together with a letter grade, and the two do not always agree. A low numeric score can be shown alongside a high letter grade, for example a score of 16 out of 100 displayed with a grade of B.

  • Read the numeric score. Ignore the letter grade. The number is the measure; the grade beside it cannot be relied on in this release.
  • Do not quote the grade in a report, a review or a customer-facing summary.
  • Laporan it to support@ncsapp.com if a grade has already been circulated, so the platform team can confirm which value was wrong.

Audio Quality Distribution: the same category label can appear twice

The distribution can render one category name on two different segments, for example Excellent on two separate shares of the same chart. One of the two labels is wrong, so the distribution cannot be read segment by segment.

  • Do not use this panel to size a remediation programme. Take the per-category figures from Kesihatan Suara instead (see INS 6.2), where the categories are named individually.
  • Laporan it to support@ncsapp.com with the period you were viewing.

Neither of these is your configuration. Nothing you set on your tenant produces either behaviour, and nothing you can change on this page corrects it.
