BRD 2.3 Start a new campaign

The button is labelled New Kempen and the dialogue it opens is titled Create New Kempen. Both refer to the same step.

1. Open Siaran > Kempen.
2. Pilih New Kempen. The Create New Kempen dialogue opens.
3. Pilih the card for the channel you want: SMS, Email or Voice.
4. Pilih Continue.

Choosing SMS and selecting Continue opens Create SMS Kempen, a four-stage wizard (see BRD 2.4). Choosing Email opens Create Email Kempen, a five-stage wizard (see BRD 2.8). Voice campaigns are covered in a later release of this guide. Contact support@ncsapp.com before building one.

Pilih the channel before you build anything else. The channel decides which template type you need (BRD 4) and which contact fields must be populated on your list (BRD 3). A contact list with no Telefon Nombor values cannot carry an SMS campaign however complete the rest of it is.
