NCS Meeting

NCS Meeting, an integral part of the NCS Suite, offers robust video conferencing capabilities directly within the NCS platform. NCS Meeting is a platform that enables users across various locations to conduct face-to-face meetings virtually. It is ideal for a range of activities including company meetings, job training sessions, board discussions, online classes, and various other professional and academic engagements. Its user-friendly design ensures easy accessibility and convenience.

The Meeting section of NCS can be accessed by clicking on the Meeting menu item on the Navigation Bar.

The meeting section has five fixed tabs - Upcoming Meeting, Schedule Meeting, Personal Meeting, Open Meeting and Past Meeting; and one —- tab - Edit Meeting.
