PBX 9.1 Manage SVI (SVI (IVR)) audio

PBX 9.1 SVI (SVI (IVR)) Bibliothèque audio

  • Open Gestionnaire PBX > Bibliothèque audio.
  • Sélectionnez SVI (SVI (IVR)).
  • Use Rechercher to locate an audio item, and Sort by Nom or Sort by Audio File to order the list.
  • Review Nom, Audio File and Action for each record. The empty state reads No Data Found.
  • Sélectionnez Add New SVI (SVI (IVR)) to open the SVI (SVI (IVR)) creation process (see PBX 4.2).

Naming Best Practice. These are the greeting and menu files an SVI (SVI (IVR)) draws on. Nom them for their content and their version, for example Main greeting, winter hours, so the SVI (SVI (IVR)) form's Audio File picker is readable.
