BRD 2.3 Start a new campaign

The button is labelled New Campagne and the dialogue it opens is titled Create New Campagne. Both refer to the same step.

1. Open Diffusion > Campagnes.
2. Sélectionnez New Campagne. The Create New Campagne dialogue opens.
3. Sélectionnez the card for the channel you want: SMS, Email or Voice.
4. Sélectionnez Continue.

Choosing SMS and selecting Continue opens Create SMS Campagne, a four-stage wizard (see BRD 2.4). Choosing Email opens Create Email Campagne, a five-stage wizard (see BRD 2.8). Voice campaigns are covered in a later release of this guide. Contact support@ncsapp.com before building one.

Choisissez the channel before you build anything else. The channel decides which template type you need (BRD 4) and which contact fields must be populated on your list (BRD 3). A contact list with no Téléphone Numéros values cannot carry an SMS campaign however complete the rest of it is.
