BRD 2.3 Start a new campaign

The button is labelled New Campaña and the dialogue it opens is titled Create New Campaña. Both refer to the same step.

1. Open Transmisión > Campañas.
2. Seleccione New Campaña. The Create New Campaña dialogue opens.
3. Seleccione the card for the channel you want: SMS, Email or Voice.
4. Seleccione Continue.

Choosing SMS and selecting Continue opens Create SMS Campaña, a four-stage wizard (see BRD 2.4). Choosing Email opens Create Email Campaña, a five-stage wizard (see BRD 2.8). Voice campaigns are covered in a later release of this guide. Contact support@ncsapp.com before building one.

Elija the channel before you build anything else. The channel decides which template type you need (BRD 4) and which contact fields must be populated on your list (BRD 3). A contact list with no Teléfono Números values cannot carry an SMS campaign however complete the rest of it is.
