SUP 9.1 Review the survey list
- Open Supervisor > Surveys. The Surveys tab is shown by default.
- Use Search to find a survey by name.
The list has these columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Survey | The survey name. |
| Channel | Voice or Text Form. See SUP 9.3. |
| Response rate | The percentage of recipients who responded. |
| Score | The average score, for example 4.3/5, or N/A where there are no responses yet. |
| Responses | The count of responses received. |
| Link | The public URL for a Text Form survey. Voice surveys show -- because they are answered on the call and have no link. |
| Action | The three per-row controls below. |
Row actions. Each row carries three controls, labelled by tooltip:
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Copy link | Copies the survey's public URL to your clipboard. On a Voice survey this control is disabled and its tooltip reads This survey has no link. |
| Edit | Opens the survey for changes. |
| Delete | Removes the survey. |
