المقسم الآلي 9.1 الرد الصوتي التفاعلي مكتبة الصوت

  • Open مدير المقسم الآلي > مكتبة الصوت.
  • حدد الرد الصوتي التفاعلي.
  • Use بحث to locate an audio item, and Sort by الاسم or Sort by Audio File to order the list.
  • Review الاسم, Audio File and الإجراء for each record. The empty state reads No Data Found.
  • حدد Add New الرد الصوتي التفاعلي to open the الرد الصوتي التفاعلي creation process (see المقسم الآلي 4.2).

Naming Best Practice. These are the greeting and menu files an الرد الصوتي التفاعلي draws on. الاسم them for their content and their version, for example Main greeting, winter hours, so the الرد الصوتي التفاعلي form's Audio File picker is readable.
