BRD 2.3 Start a new campaign

The button is labelled New الحملة and the dialogue it opens is titled Create New الحملة. Both refer to the same step.

1. Open البث > الحملات.
2. حدد New الحملة. The Create New الحملة dialogue opens.
3. حدد the card for the channel you want: SMS, Email or Voice.
4. حدد Continue.

Choosing SMS and selecting Continue opens Create SMS الحملة, a four-stage wizard (see BRD 2.4). Choosing Email opens Create Email الحملة, a five-stage wizard (see BRD 2.8). Voice campaigns are covered in a later release of this guide. Contact support@ncsapp.com before building one.

اختر the channel before you build anything else. The channel decides which template type you need (BRD 4) and which contact fields must be populated on your list (BRD 3). A contact list with no الهاتف الأرقام values cannot carry an SMS campaign however complete the rest of it is.
